Meet the Founder

Dr. Carolyn Kaldon is the founder of Aspire 360° Consulting and Evaluation. Prior to founding Aspire 360°, she was a Research Professor with the Center for Research in Educational Policy (CREP) at The University of Memphis. She has extensive experience partnering with and working in districts and schools nationwide. She focuses on tailoring projects to meet individual needs, and provide reports that focus on results useful to your goals.

Dr. Kaldon received her M.S. and Ph.D. from the Pennsylvania State University in Human Development and Family Studies, holds a B.A. in Psychology from Rhodes College, and is certified as an elementary teacher.
